…in everything; give thanks.

Being thankful, gratitude, is one of the most healthy ways we can feed our inner selves.

During Thanksgiving, it is customary for us to indulge and enjoy filling up our physical selves with all of the great foods that are available to us.

As we enjoy eating and being with others, I encourage you to look around you and find what you are most grateful for and indulge yourself in savoring those things.

In my world of busyness, I find myself having to make time to think about being grateful.

Gratitude is very quiet; it doesn’t scream for our attention like so many other things in life. Making time for gratitude may just be our new favorite dessert for an already amazing season and holiday.

When you find your new favorite dessert, I hope you will share your recipe with others around you.

Have a Happy Thanksgiving!
